Djing why?

The whole idea od DJing is playing sick music live to a crowd. You spend the whole time going from one deck to the other deck, computer and other music production tools, playing a different tunes on each deck as the night progresses. When the big tunes are Playing, you’ll hear them played several times throughout the night. And you will see the reaction of the crown.. It’s a awsome feeling.

The point of Djing in the dance side of things is to mix these tunes together in a way that keeps people dancing and moving on the dance floor, and in a lot of cases, don’t even notice that the tune has changed to another one . There’s many ways to make the transitions from tune to tune seamlessly the most simple part of this is to make sure that the bass drum beats occur at the same time.

The important thing is to keep the bass beats flowing through the sets, not that that means there’s always bass drums banging away. There is much more to making up a track.
It’s just important that he beat is constant between tunes, so the dancers can flow with the music and not have to 2step to catch the beat

becoming a dj

Becoming a DJ may seem like an easy path to take for  many people. The fact is there is an endless stream of would be DJ’s who are just as into the music scene as you and me. The only way to get ahead in this game is to be hard working, self-promoting and flexibility is an essential!

An essential for any successful dj if to learn to use different equipment. There is new music technology becoming available all the time, learn to use it, get a feel for what it does and how it sounds, and how you can incorperate it into your music. if you can’t afford to buy it just hire it and have a go. It’s extremely important that you stay up to date with the latest technology or you will get left behind.

DJs are prettyu well paid. Because you are self employed, the fact of the matter is you wont always have gigs and money coming in. The trick is to be sensible. Save a little money to cover the times when there is no work on, this way it wont seem so bad when there is nothing coming in. Treat it as a normal career, you want to develop yourself as well as your prospects. Set yourself goals to keep yourself motivated. And always keep things above board.

Djing

Almost all dance tracks have an intro where you can mix in the music and a break or outro
where you can mix out of a track. This has the potencial to add great depth and value to your track. The outro area on a dance track is often the
final opportunity to mix out of the song. You can also mix out of a dance track where there
is a breakdown in the record! Alson create your own break spinning the record.

As one hand adjusts the speed of the incoming song on the mixer, the other hand needs to be
adjusting the volume of the mixer and gradually sliding the cross fader from tune one to the
other tune. What happens when you do this is that song one decreases/fades down in volume and song two
increases in volume now the change over from one track to the other has happened.

To be great at anything it takes practive, remember repation is the mother of all mastering.

So that being said be patient, and practice your new skil the more you do it the better you will get.

it has been great sharing with you all and thanks for reading.
